Please carefully read all "Terms and Conditions" including disclaimer listed on this page.

After study of the Questionnaire submitted by you, the case will be analyzed. If your case is accepted, you would be asked to make the payment. This is because we do not accept every case.

1. Consultation Charges:

   Initial Charges: US $100. Includes case study and analysis, issue of prescription and necessary free follow-up consultations for first two months. If you wish to continue the consultation after two months you would need to pay the follow up charges.
   
   Follow up Charges: US $40 for every calender month (or part of it).

2. Consultation Period

   The consultation period (of 2 months) will start from the day the prescription is emailed.

3. Cost of Medicines

   Consultation charges do not include the cost of medicines. You would need to buy the medicines yourself.

Payment

1. Once the prescription is emailed, payment becomes non-refundable even if you later choose not to use the medicines and discontinue the consultation.
2. We accept the payment through UAE Exchange, Al Ansari Exchange, Western Union, and Money Gram. You can also send the money directly to our bank account through Wire Transfer. The details of account will be sent to you if your case is accepted for consultation. Cheques are NOT accepted.

1. It is not possible for us to check and work according to legal status of homeopathy in every country. Before you contact us for online consultation, please be sure that seeking/receiving homeopathic treatment through Internet would be legally right for you. It shall be solely on voluntary basis and your own decision. You shall not hold us liable on this account for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or any other damages that may result from your online consultation with Doctor Ali Online.
2. Your online consultation with Doctor Ali Online shall be purely voluntary, by your own free will.

We offer homeopathic consultation based on our knowledge and understanding of Homeopathy and treat our patients with utmost care and to the best of our ability but we cannot guarantee the cure of your condition. If somehow you are not cured, please do not blame us because the cure comes from God not a doctor.
4. Homeopathic medicines do not have any known harmful side effects. Yet, if you feel any thing abnormal related with use of the medicines, you will report such new condition to us immediately. In case of emergency, you agree to consult your regular/family medical practitioner.
5. We do not provide the medicines. We prefer that you buy them yourself from any place of your choice so that you are sure of the quality and also know what you are taking. Before you decide to receive treatment from us, please be sure that you will be able to get homeopathic medicines easily and quickly so that your consultation period is not wasted.
